Hi, I’m Rachel—personal trainer, business owner, wife, and proud mum of 3. Before I found fitness, I felt overwhelmed, anxious, and disconnected from who I was. Like many of my clients, I needed an outlet, a space to reconnect with me.

 

Through weight training, I rediscovered strength—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Training became a tool to rebuild my identity, confidence, and inner peace. It helped me become the example I wanted to be for my kids.

 

Now, I help others do the same. I believe in showing up for yourself, in doing hard things, and in building a life—not just a body—you’re proud of.
